Hypnosis isn’t magic – it’s science! It works by generating a surge of brainwaves similar to those experienced during REM sleep. This is what gives you access to your subconscious mind. It’s very simple, and anyone can do it. You’ll experience it for yourself when you try it!

The experience feels different for everyone. Some people feel weightless, some don’t. Others might feel drowsy, some don’t. Most people feel relaxed and comfortable. The most important thing to know is that the feeling is not an indicator of how effective the process is. Regardless of how it feels – it works.

No. You are in complete control. You cannot be forced to do anything, and you cannot be hypnotized against your will. It is your experience; I am simply supporting you.

We begin by guiding you into a deeply relaxed hypnotic state. You remain in control at all times and will remember everything afterward. In this relaxed state, with access to your subconscious, we will explore scenes from your life that relate to the origins of your deeper beliefs (which govern your current behavior). We will release beliefs that are holding you back in your life and transform negative beliefs into positive patterns of behavior. Finally, you will receive an audio recording tailored specifically to you, which you should listen to consistently for at least the next 21 days.

The session always concludes with a so-called “transformation,” meaning that everything you desire at the beginning is further strengthened and manifested. Shortly after the session, you may feel tired and exhausted, and not quite fully present yet. We always conduct a debriefing after the session—that is, we discuss together how you felt. In the following days, images and emotions from your subconscious may surface repeatedly, which can now be processed. This can happen both during sleep, in your dreams, and while awake in everyday life. This is a good sign, indicating that your system is working and reorganizing itself. It is crucial to listen to the personalized audio for the next 21 days to stabilize the positive changes achieved. Otherwise, your subconscious would tend to revert to old patterns and behaviors. We will remain in contact with you after the session and support you throughout the transformation process.

It may sound trivial at first glance, but you’ll notice it when you get closer to your goal or have already reached it. Many clients describe hypnosis and trance as a state similar to the feeling just before falling asleep, a kind of intermediate state between wakefulness and sleep. During hypnosis, changes occur in feelings, thoughts, and physical perception. You will generally experience a deep sense of relaxation. The following characteristics can help describe the trance state: calmer breathing, a healthy slowing of the heartbeat and pulse, relaxed muscles, and changes in facial expression (facial muscles become looser, and sometimes the mouth opens). The body feels calm and relaxed, without any immediate urge to move. Sometimes, involuntary muscle movements and twitches are perceived.

Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all that. It really doesn’t matter. The depth of the trance has absolutely nothing to do with the results. So don’t get stuck on the question, “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth—”This works”—and it will work. Just be confident that it’s effective.

Everyone is different, and depending on how deeply you work, you might leave the session jumping for joy, or you might feel thoughtful or amazed. You might even discover more about yourself and your programming after the session. Whether you feel stimulated or contemplative, you will always leave my practice with a sense of understanding, freedom, and empowerment.

The amazing thing about RTT® is that even if you think you know the reason, you’ll see it in a completely new way. This is what allows you to shift the meaning and ultimately change your beliefs. And many clients return to scenes that are completely different from what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see. Remember: If you knew the true reason for your problem, you probably would have fixed it already.

No. They are awake and attentive and perceive everything that happens during the session.

Since you are not asleep, you will not wake up. Should you feel the need to open your eyes during the session, you may do so. We will then gently guide you back into relaxation. And should you actually fall asleep, that is perfectly fine. After all, you are very relaxed. We will then gently bring you back to the session.

No! That’s an old wives’ tale. You are in complete control the entire time. You can speak, move your body, or reach for a tissue. If the session takes place via Skype and our connection is interrupted, you might drift off to sleep if you are truly relaxed, but at some point you will notice that you can no longer hear my voice and you will open your eyes.

Hypnosis provides direct access to the “reasons” that determine why we do what we do and how we react, which is why RTT® can save you hours, even years, of talk therapy searching for the root cause. The source of our problems is usually based on an age-appropriate understanding from childhood. If you are able to observe yourself and these perceptions with your adult understanding and compassion, it is relatively easy to let them go. New beliefs can then be anchored and help you move forward.

Sometimes more than one session per issue is needed, namely when the issues are not so clearly defined and are intertwined. In principle, we refer to this as short-term therapy (maximum 5 sessions).

Hypnosis has a long-term, lasting effect, provided you listen to your personalized audio for at least 21 days.

One of the most wonderful side effects of hypnosis is a feeling of inner freedom and relaxation. Because old patterns are being addressed, the body sometimes needs time to realign itself. Experience has shown that some clients feel tired and exhausted immediately after the session. Please plan some time for yourself afterward. In the following days, you might experience more vivid dreams, long-suppressed feelings surfacing, or initial restlessness. This is completely normal and part of the healing process. Please contact me if you have any questions.

You can. Anyone can. As long as you have the desire to go into hypnosis, you will. It’s a simple, pleasant, and thoroughly relaxing process.

RTT® is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and bring about significant changes in your life. Some clients require more than one RTT® session on a particular issue. Depending on the depth of the issue, up to five sessions may be needed. After witnessing the incredible, rapid changes that RTT® brings , many clients choose to continue working on other areas of their lives and receive further sessions to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors.

Since you will receive a personalized audio recording tailored to you and your topic after your session, which you can listen to for three weeks, the next session is recommended after four weeks. In urgent cases, we can shorten this period by prior arrangement.

There are three types of change through Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:

– Immediate : You will immediately feel a massive change – immediate changes in your physiology, your thoughts and your behavior directly in the session, e.g., no longer wanting a cigarette.

– Gradually : You see consistent changes every day or over time.

– Looking back : You don’t see the changes immediately, and one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that have changed in your life.

You may experience a combination of the three types.

Children have much more direct access to their subconscious than adults. This is one reason why many beliefs and convictions are formed in early childhood. Children simply interpret situations in their own way. For this very reason, it is highly effective to address these beliefs at a young age (from around 10 years old) and refocus attention on the positive and empowering aspects of their lives. With children, we achieve great success sometimes with just one session.

Yes. Regression is an exceptionally valuable way to uncover the root cause of a problem. You won’t relive anything; you’ll simply observe events or experiences you’ve had in your past. Many clients find the observer role—sometimes called the detective or profiler role—extremely compelling because they don’t relive a painful situation, but rather view and recognize it as an age-appropriate reaction with long-term consequences that, once discovered, can be resolved.

No. You are alert and lucid during hypnosis, and you decide at any time which details you wish to share and which you don’t. What’s important for resolving blockages are the emotions that arose in a given situation. It’s perfectly sufficient to work with those emotions, as well as with the thoughts about yourself that you had at that moment.

When you return to scenes from your life involving things like sexual or physical abuse or other trauma, it’s important to know that you are not reliving the scene, but simply reviewing it, and that you are safe doing so. We will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions – you will be okay.

Hypnosis is a scientifically and medically recognized method. Nevertheless, statutory health insurance companies like the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) do not yet cover the costs of hypnotherapy. Private health insurance companies cover the costs of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, either partially or fully, depending on the specific policy. Please contact your insurance agent beforehand to discuss this.

In talk therapy, we work systemically. Talk therapy begins with an initial consultation, and if the therapist and client are a good fit, follow-up sessions are scheduled. Depending on the issue, therapy usually lasts somewhat longer. We work on a conscious level and at the client’s own pace. If it’s a good fit, we also like to incorporate hypnotherapy into this tried-and-tested process. Both approaches require trust in the process and a desire for change.

Online sessions are available for clients outside the region. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person meetings, and more than 50% of my sessions take place online. We currently use MS Teams or Zoom: it’s reliable, easy to use, and free for you. You will receive all the necessary instructions.

Generally, hypnosis can only be used if the client wishes to be hypnotized. However, as with any form of treatment, there are also contraindications for hypnosis, meaning illnesses, symptoms, or circumstances that prohibit the use of a medication or method. These contraindications include:

– acute psychoses and delusions/schizophrenia

– acute epilepsy

– Perceptual disorders or difficulties in language comprehension

– Taking psychotropic drugs

– acute heart disease

If you suffer from any of the above-mentioned conditions, hypnosis should only be performed after consultation with your treating specialist.
