Sometimes life doesn’t just feel heavy — it feels loud. Like you’re carrying too much, thinking too much, functioning too well on the outside while something inside keeps tightening. In those moments, you don’t need another place where time simply passes. You need a space where something shifts.

What makes my work different is how I show up with you. My background in the business world shaped me to be practical, clear, and focused on progress. I don’t just “hold space” and hope the fog lifts on its own. I listen deeply — and then we work. We look for the real root, the hidden pattern, the stuck point beneath the story… and we move it.

I’m not the right match if you want endless sessions where everything is allowed to flow but nothing changes. I measure success in a very simple way: when you feel independent again. When you can breathe, decide, sleep, speak up, feel — and trust yourself without needing constant support.

I’d describe myself as a short-term therapist: intense, focused, and warm — with a strong belief that you can get your life back faster than you think, if we do the right work and you let me in.

The Power of Music in Therapy

I firmly believe in the transformative power of music. In therapy, sounds and melodies not only activate additional areas in our brains but also serve as anchors that accompany us throughout our lives. Music transcends mere background noise; it possesses the ability to deeply resonate with our memories and emotions.

When music means more to you than just entertainment, we can collaboratively discover a power song that supports you in your personal transformation. Music can facilitate the expression of emotions and the enhancement of self-confidence.

my own therapeutic practice.

Here you will find an excerpt of my different trainings, which I like to combine and link in my work. It is important to me that I am therapeutically as broadly positioned as possible and can fall back on training that is “state of the art” and internationally recognized and effective. We humans are as different as we can be. What is good and helpful for one, may not help another. With me, you have an experienced therapist at your side – who, in addition to all the training and qualifications, has never forgotten to remain a human being.
